What to Expect During Your Stay…

 

 

We have ensured we are as prepared as possible to deliver a safe, secure and flexible customer experience. We have followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, we have a risk assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. Please be aware that face coverings for our staff and guests are now mandatory in the hotel. You will be asked to wear a face covering when moving around any public area, this can be removed when seated for the consumption of food or drink, but should be put on afterwards. Thank you for your co-operation.
We will be operating in line with the current government restrictions at the time of your arrival. All visits will require track and trace contact details and should be pre-booked.


Cleaning Protocols…

Our cleaning protocols are designed, as much as is possible, to destroy bacteria, pathogens and viruses in all public areas and bedrooms. Common touch points are sanitised every 15 minutes using a chemical-free, sustainable sanitiser - including door handles and lift buttons. Room attendants now have double the time to carry out detailed room cleaning, and attendants monitor our public bathroom facilities. Complimentary hand gel is provided in all guest rooms and there are hand sanitiser stations located throughout the hotel.


Guest Wellbeing…

Temperature checks upon arrival for peace of mind for everyone in the hotel. Directional signage and controls to reduce congestion. Luggage sanitising process in place for all luggage stored with our concierge. Mandatory face coverings in all public areas including hotel corridors. Contact details will be provided and retained for 21 days so that guests are able to be contacted via the NHS Test & Trace programme in the event a case is identified that you may have come into contact with whilst in the hotel.


Employee Wellbeing…

Temperature checks upon arrival and careful monitoring for other symptoms. Specific training on Covid-19 and on the modifications made to our procedures to reduce the risk of transfer. Uniform adaptations to incorporate Personal Protective Equipment.


Physical Distancing…

"Appropriate physical distancing measures throughout the hotel, in line with government guidance. Furniture re-configuration and capacity reductions in public spaces and restaurants. Express check-in and check-out available to all guests. Amended restaurant service methods to reduce close contact. Contactless payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and BACS."


Flexible Booking…

Our bedroom rates are all flexible and can be cancelled or changed up to 18:00 hours (GMT), the day prior to arrival.
